To distinguish the appearance of the air-blowing screw machine from the suction-type screw machine, you usually only need to see whether the screw machine is equipped with a sorter, as shown in the figure: the sorter in the red box on the left mainly has a screw sorting function and is convenient for the screwdriver head to pick up screw.
The automatic screw-locking machines manufactured by Fushida Automation Technology are divided into air-blowing automatic screw-locking machines and suction-type automatic screw-locking machines according to the screw transportation method. The suction-type automatic screw locking machine uses the magnetic suction function to suck up the screws. The advantages of being fixed to the corresponding screw hole position for locking are:
1. The screw type is highly acceptable
Air-suction screws have lower screw requirements, especially the cap diameter ratio that air-blowing screw machines need to consider (air-blowing screw machines are suitable for screw cap diameters less than 1.2), and air-suction screws are not used.
2. Accurate torque value
The torque value of the screw machine is a parameter calculated after several adjustments. It is highly accurate and prevents the lock from being too loose or using too much force, causing the screw to rivet and affect subsequent use.
