Generally, product screws have thread holes. When locked, the torque of a general electric screwdriver can be considered. For hardware products without screw holes, the torque and reliability requirements for the equipment are very high.
In this application example, it is for locking hardware, because the screws need to penetrate the steel plate when locking, using traditional locking equipment is a relatively hard work for the operator. However, the general design and torque cannot meet the requirements of penetrating the stainless steel plate. We integrated the product characteristics and designed a single-axis ultra-large torque fully automatic screw locking machine.
By fixing the product with a support frame to determine the locking position for easy use, we designed a mechanical switch.
